Food preparation and understanding the ingredients I use is very important to me. To ensure I meet the correct standards I have a certificate in Food and Safety as well as Food Allergies.

Please be aware that all of my products are baked and prepared in my home kitchen, which also handles all the main allergens including NUTS, GLUTEN (WHEAT), DAIRY, EGG and SOYA. I also use ALCOHOL when painting sugar decorations and use either chocolate or royal icing to attach decorations to cakes. I do take all necessary steps to minimise the risk of cross-contamination however, please be aware that it is possible due to not having production areas that are exclusively for special dietary requirement recipes.
