Using fresh ingredients, our celebration and wedding cakes have three deep layers of sponge with two layers of filling per tier. The cakes are filled with a light and fluffy buttercream and a variety of delicious curds, jams or caramel and come in either a fondant or buttercream finish. Cupcakes are available in all sponge flavours and are topped either with a buttercream swirl or a buttercream swirl and decoration of your choice.
